Transitions can come at any time and whether they are big or small, can change your entire life.
While many have had itchy feet to get moving whether it be career or relationships, now is still the time to get very clear on what you want. While there is a lot of talk about leaping and growing wings as you go, you still need to have an idea of what you want.
The best way to do this is to write out your perfect day. Script it out as if you are already living it. I have added a few ideas to get you started -
🌸 Wake up when ready 🌸 Work out/walk on beach
🌸 Breakfast - fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, coffee, etc 🌸 Work (what do you want to do?) 🌸 Afternoon nap 🌸 Roadtrip beach adventure
🌸 Dinner Date 🌸 Long soak in a big bath tub with candles wine and ..........
There is no limit. Script it out and do it daily. This is part of creating your dream life to transition into.
If you are in the middle of said transition and can’t yet make a step, script it out.
If you can’t figure out the next step, script it out.
If you are ready to move on, script it out.
